Shop Foreman
The Shop Foreman will be a working supervisor position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including the safety and efficiency of the staff, equipment, and processes. The Shop Foreman will work closely with the General Manager and other staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that services and repairs run smoothly. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage personnel. $25-$29 per hour starting pay based on experience and trial period performance.
Experienced Service Technician
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proficient mechanic to join our growing team. Candidate should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of technical tools. As a qualified mechanic, you must provide incredible customer service skills as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems quickly and effectively. $20-$24 per hour starting pay based on experience and trial period performance.
Entry Level Technician
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to join our growing team. In this entry level position, you will assist shop supervisors and project managers with a variety of tasks, while learning the basics of small engine service and repair. If you are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working with your hands, you could be an ideal fit for this shop assistant job. $15-$19 per hour starting pay based on experience and trial period performance.
